Tough Easterly conditions made for a tough final five heats of the nine-heat State Championship regatta.
Vita Brevis went into the weekend with a clear lead of three firsts and a fifth, however a couple of poor races and a 1, 2 for Impact had things all tied up. Another win each this morning kept it tight heading into the last heat.
Vern Tidy took the lead early and the heat win with Vita Brevis in 2nd while Impact could only manage a disappointing 4th.
Well done to the boys on Vita Brevis.
